Always On HP Bars

A Runelite Plugin to keep the vanilla overhead HP bars always on, even outside of combat.

I made this plugin because I couldn't find anything else that did what I want.

This plugin largely just repurposes code from the default built in "Prayer" plugin, as that also attempts to mimic the vanilla overhead bars.

Currently the plugin can only display the local player's overhead bar, however there's no reason it shouldn't be able to do so for other actors as well, as long as it only makes a guess based on previous HP information the player was presented.

Also currently the plugin can only show the HP bars all the time, or not at all, however it should be easily possible to extend it to show HP bars X seconds/ticks after the vanilla bar has disappeared.
