Allows you to set arbitrary hotkeys for teleport menus such as the

Portal Nexus, Jewelery box, Spirit trees, Achievement diary cape, etc.

Enlarges the leagues menu, and hides entries that you can't go to.

Enables you to navigate the Nexus portal menu as an interactive map
