QOL Interfaces

A RuneLite plugin that adds quality of life improvements to OSRS game interfaces including transparency, repositioning, trade warnings, inventory value tracking, and collection log hints.

Features

Transparent Interfaces

Make the Grand Exchange and Bank interfaces transparent for a cleaner, less cluttered view. Adjust the transparency level to your preference with the opacity slider (0 = fully visible, 255 = invisible).

Moveable Interfaces

Drag the Grand Exchange or Bank window anywhere on your screen. A drag region in the title bar allows you to click and hold to reposition the window. The plugin prevents windows from being dragged off-screen.

Trade Friend & Clan Warning

When trading another player, the plugin displays helpful warnings to prevent scams:

Clan Status in Title Bar:

• Green "(Same Clan)" if they are in your clan
• Red "(Not in Clan)" if they are not

Friends List Status at Bottom:

• Green message if they ARE on your friends list
• Red warning if they are NOT on your friends list

Inventory Value Overlay

Displays a moveable overlay showing the total GP value of all items in your inventory. The value updates automatically when your inventory changes.

Value Formatting:

• Values over 1 billion display as "X.XXB"
• Values over 1 million display as "X.XXM"
• Values over 1 thousand display as "X.XK"

Contains a few easter eggs for specific values!

Collection Log Unlock Hints

Right-click any item in your collection log to see an "Unlock Hint" option that tells you how to obtain that item. The database includes drop rates and sources for 600+ items including:

• Boss drops (Zulrah, Vorkath, Cerberus, Nex, etc.)
• Raid rewards (Chambers of Xeric, Theatre of Blood, Tombs of Amascut)
• Minigame rewards (Pest Control, Castle Wars, Last Man Standing, etc.)
• Clue scroll rewards (Beginner through Master)
• Skilling rewards and monster drops

Transparency Settings

Installation

This plugin is available on the RuneLite Plugin Hub.

1. Open RuneLite

2. Click the wrench icon (Configuration)

3. Click "Plugin Hub" at the bottom

4. Search for "QOL Interfaces"

5. Click Install

Notes

• Interface positions reset when you close RuneLite (not persisted between sessions)
• Inventory value uses live Grand Exchange prices
• The moveable feature includes bounds checking to prevent windows from going off-screen
