Recommended Equipment Runelite Plugin

> This plugin takes your OSRS gameplay to the next level by integrating recommended boss-and-activity gear from the OSRS Wiki directly into your RuneLite client.

How to install

• Download and install RuneLite from https://runelite.net
• Launch RuneLite
• Click the Wrench icon on the top right of the RuneLite window
• Select Plugin Hub
• Search for "!Recommended Equipment Plugin Icon Recommended Equipment"
• Click Install

> The Plugin Hub hosts community-created plugins. Each one is verified by the RuneLite team to comply with Jagex’s third-party client rules.

# Plugin usage

Open !Recommended Equipment Plugin Icon panel from the right-hand plugin list.

> Use the search bar or filters to find a boss or activity.

>

> You can also save your favorite bosses and activities using the star icon.

Select a boss or activity to view the available gear setups, organized in the same way as the wiki, by equipment slot and effectiveness.

>These gear setups are pulled directly from the OSRS Wiki under the strategy section of a boss or activity. If you spot missing or incorrect gear, please open an issue!

With an activity and loadout selected in the plugin panel, go to your bank and click the !Recommended Equipment Plugin Icon 'Recommended Equipment' button to filter your bank view, showing only the gear relevant to the selected setup.

For issues relating to tab name (e.g. the plugin showing Default instead of Ranged), the wiki must be edited to include a style tag with the name of the loadout, as shown here: !OSRS Wiki Edit Style Example

The plugin uses a variation of the OSRS Wiki Scrapping tool to gather boss strategies, so this plugin does not hit the wiki for each request. That scrape happens every Thursday, so if there is a change made to the wiki, this plugin should have those details by the end of the following Thursday.
