Spec Notifications
Inspired by plugins like Health Notifications (https://github.com/TommyAndy/health-notifications), which this plugin is built from.
This plugin provides a visual notification in the form of a colored overlays when special attack energy is above a specific threshold.
A tray notification (for when tabbed out of Runelite) can be enabled as well.
Useful for things like when you're afk woodcutting and your Dragon Axe spec is ready to go again.
I'm sure it could it could be beneficial in some PVM scenarios too.
