Properly tracks special attack regeneration and surge potion cooldown in wave-based content (Colosseum, Doom of Mokhaiotl, Theatre of Blood). Correctly pauses timers between waves/rooms.

Special Attack Timers
Displays a circle overlay over your special attack orb, an infobox timer, and a better Surge potion timer.
- Accounts for special attack resets that happen at Colosseum, Doom of Mokhaiotl
- Pauses surge potion cooldown timer appropriately at ToB, Colosseum, and Doom of Mokhaiotl
- Timer resets whenever spec energy actually increases, preventing drift between the overlay and actual game mechanics due to lag
- Configurable colors for all settings
Important: Disable "Show spec. attack regen" in Regeneration Meter and "Surge potion timer" in Timers & Buffs.
