Weapon Animation Replacer
This plugin lets you change the animations your character uses...
... as well as transmog your weapons to use other weapons' appearances and animations (including animations that are not supposed to go with that weapon!):
It comes with a few default model/animation swaps that should give an idea of what this plugin can do. You can modify or add your own in the side panel this plugin adds.
