Uses actively traded price on trade screens

Normal behavior is to use the default GE prices within the trade screens.
This plugin will overwrite the text on the trade screen about the value to use the GE prices as found on https://prices.runescape.wiki/osrs/ but if and only if is enabled.
Enabled: (Price of one is 481 as of 3/31/2021 at 10 AM EST)
Normal/Disabled: (Price of one is 439 as of 3/31/2021 at 10 AM EST)
